Obituary of Stephen Ruckman
Stephen Jon Ruckman, 82, of Ocean View, NJ, passed away on Tuesday, February 7, 2023.
Steve was the son of Edward and Eleanor Ruckman and the brother of Susanne Furman (Dan) of Lacey WA. He was the beloved husband of 60 years of Jean Ruckman, the devoted father of Cynthia Cabrey (Mark), David Ruckman, Scott Ruckman (Cheryl). He was the loving grandfather of Shannon, Allison, Jack, David, Megan, and Stephen.
Steve was a graduate of William Penn Charter School (’58) and Bucknell University (’62). He loved nothing more than spending time with his family, talking with his friends, and being with his wonderful wife. He was an avid Philadelphia sports fan his entire life.
There will be no service, but there will be visitation on Saturday, February 11, 2023 from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm at Godfrey Funeral Home, 644 S. Shore Rd, Palermo, NJ (609-390-9699).
