Obituary of Michelle Denise Guerro

Michelle Denise Guerro, - 49 of Linwood went to join her mother and father Marie and Edward on October 4, 2022 surrounded by her loving family at home.  Michelle was fun loving and free spirited who touched many hearts.  She was born February 5, 1973 in Atlantic City, N.J., the fifth daughter to the late Marie and Edward Guerro.  She was raised in Linwood and graduated from Atlantic County Special Services.

Michelle was extremely active with The ARC of Atlantic County having a full social calendar consisting of music recitals, dances, cooking classes and arts and crafts.  She participated in Special Olympics winning medals in bowling and bocce ball.  Michelle worked for McDonalds of Somers Point for 20 years and loved getting her paycheck and going shopping until COVID forced her home stripping her of her social activities.

Michelle will be deeply missed by her loving family.  She was predeceased by her mother and father, Marie and Edward.  She is survived by her four sisters, Marie (Jim) Boney, Elizabeth Ciarla Coover (Jim), Terri Lavine (Danny) and Ruth Schwarz, eight nieces and nephews.

Church visitation will be held Tuesday, October 11, 2022 from 10:30am till 11:00am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00am, at Our Lady of Sorrows Church, 724 Maple Avenue in Linwood.  Graveside services will be held Tuesday, October 11, 2022 at 12 Noon, at Holy Cross Cemetery 5061 Harding Highway, Mays Landing.

Those who knew Michelle are asked to honor her memory with pink and purple her favorite colors!
