Obituary of Charles A Stemmer
Stemmer, Charles A., 80, of Egg Harbor Township. Passed away at home on September 25 ,2022 surrounded by his family and friends.
Born in Philadelphia to Charles & Vona Stemmer, he lived throughout his life in Pennsylvania, Florida and finally settling in New Jersey. Charles served in the United States Military for 21 years. He was a deeply proud veteran. Upon leaving the Military, Charles worked at Borgata Casino for many years. He was a dealer for 8 years and worked security 11 years, retiring in 2018. He took a step of faith in 2019 being baptized into The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
Charles will be remembered for his generous spirit and unconditional giving to charities and anyone in need; his love of cats, fishing and traveling. Especially to his favorite place Key West, FL.
He leaves behind his wife Teresa D. Caceres, and his great friends the Gaskill Family.
A viewing for Charles will be held, Wednesday September 28, 2022 from 6:00pm to 8:00 pm at The Godfrey Funeral Home, 4008 English Creek Ave., Egg Harbor Township, with a service to follow at 8:00pm.
