Winifred (Winnie) Sweigart, 97 of Ocean City, passed away peacefully at home on Nov. 10,2021. She is survived by by her daughter, artist, Wanda Kline and son-in-law Howard Herman,
Grandchildren, Brenton Kline, Heather Oldroyd, Melissa Selikoff, David Herman and eight great-grandchildren. Winifred worked for many years as secretary at the Ocean City Primary School and was well known in the community. She was predeceased by her husband, T Richard Sweigart.
