We were extremely sad to read of Bobby's passing, Cindy. He was such an intelligent, thoughtful man, very proud of his children, and extremely kind and generous to us.
P.S. We apologize for missing Bobby's memorial service on Saturday; we were in South Carolina for Molly's college graduation.
Our deepest sympathy to Bob's Family who he always spoke about with great love and pride. Bobby was a good friend to everyone in Osprey Point. He was a generous and giving man who helped many people in the community. We were proud to know Bobby. We admire and respect his service to his country and consider him a hero and patriot. Rest in Peace Dear Bob
Bob was always a friendly welcoming face when Susan, I, and our children visited the shore in the summer. He greeted me into the family like a long lost brother. I always appreciated that when we were having a conversation you had his full attention. Bob had a great sense of humor and zest for life. I know Vietnam left its scars as it did on so many. His sunny happiness to see us each summer never showed a sign of this.
We are so very saddened to hear that our longtime, dear friend, Bobby, has passed; but rejoice in knowing he is promised eternal New Life. We send our sincere condolences and offer healing prayers to his family and friends. ♡♡♡
Eternal rest, grant unto Bobby O Lord and let perpetual light shine upon him. May he rest in peace. Amen. May his soul and the souls of all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.
Bob was the funniest person I knew. His stories and smile, lit up the room every time we got together. He loved his kids to no end. I am sorry for his loss and the family's loss and know he will be missed.
