Words from Tyler's girlfriend Alison: Tyler is a patient, thoughtful and devoted boyfriend. My friends were all drawn to him, their pets too. It's his easygoing nature/calm demeanor and sense of humor. He is a music and animal lover, with a soft spot for cats. He is a good teacher, a methodical thinker. He has a really big heart, he loves his people really hard- like a big bear hug even when they only went in for a handshake.
We liked trying new beers at local breweries, going to see shows and challenging each other- whether at the gym, with our music tastes, or discussing the larger issues of the day.
He made me laugh, he made me happy. When he was nearby, I felt calm and at ease. It was easy.
