Norman C. Henry - a resident of Upper Township for more than 55 years, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, June 11, 2022. He previously lived in Bedford and York, PA, as well as Dover. DE. Husband of Gail C. Henry, son of the late Raymond and Edna Henry, he was born in Bedford, PA. He was predeceased by his sister, Ruth Dumberth, and his sister-in-law, Charlotte Henry, as well as his parents. Survived by his brothers and sisters: Donald (Charlotte, dec'd.) of Chambersburg, PA, Phyllis of Chambersburg, PA, William (Ruth) of Oxford, PA., John (Alice) of North Cape May, NJ, Philip (Debbie) of Fayetteville, PA, Esther Condon (Dave) of Egg Harbor Township, NJ, and Joseph of Florida. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins. A graduate of Caesar Rodney High School in Delaware in the Class of 1959, Mr. Henry worked for a commercial plumber after high school until he was drafted into the military. He served in the US Army (CA and Greenland) and the National Guard (Northfield, NJ), and worked for 37 years at Lenox China in Pomona. NJ. Mr. Henry was affiliated with Marmora Gospel Chapel in Marmora, NJ, for over 55 years where he officially served as the Treasurer, but he willingly did whatever needed to be done around the property. A graveside service will take place at Calvary Baptist Cemetery, Ocean View, NJ, on Thursday, June 16th at 11 am. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Marmora Gospel Chapel. P.O.
